Your lenses are protected under a one-year warranty from the date of receipt. This means you would be able to send your glasses to us and we will remake the lenses free of charge. Keep in mind your prescription must be valid at the time of remake.
Qualifications for warranty use:
- Have purchased glasses from Pear Eyewear
- Valid prescription
- Fill out lens return form
This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear on frames.

If your doctor decides to alter the original prescription within 30 days of purchase, we will provide new glasses upon receiving the altered prescription. A new pair will be produced at no charge to you! Defects in the anti-reflective coating are under the one year warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear to the frames. Unfortunately, gift card purchases are non-refundable.
If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund to the card or PayPal account you used at time of purchase. You may also opt for a one-time-use 100% store credit instead.
